Red-flag review
One credit, one review
£15 / review

A credit buys one full AI review: red flags for high-risk issues, yellow flags worth a second look, and a plain-English summary, read from your side of the deal. Credits are valid for 12 months.

Lawyer consultation
A qualified lawyer, on request
£100

Request a consultation from any review. The team at Eta & Associates emails you to arrange the call. No booking system, no hour bundles. Nothing is charged when you send the request.

How billing works

Three rules and that's it.

No monthly fee to forget about. No usage caps to track. You pay at the moment you use the thing you're paying for, and that's the whole model.

01

The account is free.

Sign up, look around, keep your past reviews: none of that costs anything. We don't take a card at signup and there is nothing to cancel.

02

Reviews run on credits.

Credits are £15 each, bought in whatever quantity you like via Stripe. One review consumes one credit, and only once it completes. Credits stay valid for 12 months from your latest purchase.

03

Lawyer time is a flat £100.

When a flag needs a human's judgement, request a consultation from the review. Eta & Associates arrange the call with you by email and take payment then. The request itself is free.

Likely on your mind.

What does one credit actually buy?+

One complete red-flag review of one contract: the AI reads the document, works out which side you're on, and returns red and yellow flags with a plain-English summary. Re-running the same contract later for a second opinion is a new review and uses a new credit.

When is a credit consumed?+

Only when a review completes. If the AI can't confidently tell which contracting party you are, it pauses and asks you to pick a side first. Nothing is consumed until the finished report comes back. A failed upload doesn't cost anything either.

Do credits expire?+

Credits are valid for 12 months, and every purchase restarts the clock on your whole balance. Buy three today and two more in six months, and all five are good for a year from that second purchase.

What does the £100 consultation include?+

A consultation with a qualified lawyer at Eta & Associates about your review: the flags, what they mean for your deal, and what to push back on. You request it from the review page, the team emails you to arrange a time, and payment is taken when the consultation is booked, not when you ask.

Is there really no subscription?+

Really. There's no monthly fee, no tier to pick, and nothing that renews. If you review one contract a year, you pay £15 a year. If that changes and you need volume pricing, that's what the enterprise conversation above is for.

I'm a solicitor. Is this different for me?+

Same product, same prices. Plenty of legal service providers use the review tool as a fast second pair of eyes and skip the consultation. You're the lawyer, after all. £15 a review, pay as you go.
