Reviews run primarily against the laws of England and Wales and UK commercial practice. You can upload a contract governed by another jurisdiction and the commercial flags will still be useful, but jurisdiction-specific legal points may be missed.

Credits are valid for 12 months, and every purchase restarts the clock on your whole balance. Buy three today and two more in six months, and all five are good for a year from that second purchase.
Sending a consultation request is free: it emails your review's details to the team at Eta & Associates, who reply to arrange a time. Payment for the consultation is taken when it's arranged, not when you ask. No hour bundles, no retainer, no booking system.

The AI works out your side from your profile and the document itself; when it can't tell confidently, it lists the parties it found and asks you to pick rather than guessing. No credit is used until the review completes.
